Sharable Links

How to generate links to automatically import and run Projects

If a Client is running externally, which is possible with Team Server installations, the "Share Link" button will appear in the Project menu as shown below.

Click on this to create a link to the current Project. You can optionally set a tool like Jupyterlab to automatically open and even a notebook to automatically open.

When the generated link is visited, the Client will automatically perform all the actions required, including Project import, build, start, and launch of the specified tool.

All users will have to log in and the Project will be imported into each user's workspace separately. Once imported, the Client behaves as it normally does and users can sync (if permissions allow), pull changes, modify the environment, etc.

A useful pattern to remember when sharing Projects that are meant to be simply consumed is to publish the project publicly. Then remind your users to "Reset Branch to Remote" when they are complete with their work and "pull" changes if needed.
